So we purchase this 2017 Kenworth from the Fremont location on 8/6/20. Just a little over a month ago. First off we have only been able to drive for a couple of weeks. We did not get the right paperwork to get our tag in Florida. So that took two weeks. And apparently Florida is still not satisfied so we’re waiting on more paperwork. Also they were supposed to service the generator. Nope did not it was leaking all because it had not been serviced. Now it won’t start after we’ve had it serviced. Service Department Horrible service and lack of communication AVOID their service shop in Indianapolis at all cost I can say this the location in Louisville and Bowling Green are amazing

sent my truck back for the second time today. the paint job sucks looks like a two year old did it with a rattle can. and I now have 3 active engine falt coads great job ...lmafao
This is by far the worse Kenworth that I have ever had repairs(?) done at. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I unfortunately hit some pot holes close to this location and was towed there. Tow truck driver told them my bottom hose was probably busted as antifreeze was all over my passenger tire. Kenworth did not fix this and I had to take my truck elsewhere to the tune of $540.96 to have it repaired, after already paying Kenworth to repair. Don’t waste your time if you’re gonna have service done. Was told 7am truck would be in the shop to clean DPF filter. Almost 8 hrs later. And service department has told me several times my truck is next. What a waste of time.
just went into buy some parts. sat and Sunday. great people and friendly.
Hard to get the parts u need cant get anybody to call you back might be time for a freightliner hard to say that but they do have a good parts department
