My 14 year old daughter had a stye removed mid-April. At the time of the procedure, Dr. Matthews said, " if it turns out not as flat as you would like, come back, we will take care of it for you." After her eye was given time to heal, about 2 weeks later I called to schedule another appointment - the stye went down slightly but NEVER went flat or even close to flat.
