well it begins with me being without AC for 5 months. they literally don't fix anything. they will violate your rights anytime they get a chance. the pool is always green there is no gym. the rink continues to get higher and higher despite the fact that they never fix anything and I am not exaggerating at all. there is mold and leaks everywhere and when you complain about the mold they tell you that there isn't any mold. if you don't believe me look up the news artistorie,
They can check all messages left for any emergency maintenance a tenant may have run into either during business hours & especially after hours like the greeting says when you're given choices in the message where you choose what type of emergency maintenance each tenant may need. It says in the greeting to leave my phone number cuz their maintenance staff will call us back "momentarily". Worst place ive ever lived. The management is awful and so rude and do not fix things went a few times with no AC for weeks at a time. Roaches everywhere. They dont control tenants that make noise and harass other neighbors no matter how many times you complain and when another sees someone act crazy then they all think they can act that way.
