Harold was very nice, and attentive to what I wanted in a car and worked prices with us to where we wanted. We test drove 5 cars, and he was very patient and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me into a new car. He was awesome and our experience was great and it only took an hour to go through paperwork. I would do it again
