Had to bring car in for a recall. None of the staff wore masks, only one bench available outside for waiting (so much for social distancing) and car was not only NOT sanitized when complete, but the seats and mats were dirty and passenger seat had grease on it. Not the first time of having an unpleasant experience there. Previously told me car needed brakes. Took it my regular mechanic of 25 years and checked with friend who is also a mechanic - brakes are not even halfway worn. Will not return again and next vehicle purchas... read more
