Had an offer on a vehicle, in writing, shopped around for a week and decided I would accept the offer... when I returned to purchase the vehicle I was told the offer increased by $2300. This was after they had dropped the price of my trade by $1,000 overnight which had left me a little sour but I decided their offer was still worth it. I have never been treated like this by a dealership...

Great service at Gettel. Max Hana is my service advisor and he is terrific, personable, knowledgable and just a nice guy. I have confidence in him. Only downside is the awful music in the dealership from which the only escape is sitting on the ground outside - ungood.
