The people that work at Gettel are very friendly. Karl Rowe & I got lucky to meet Asst Service Manager John Tremblay on the day our Camry was scheduled to get the routine oil change and tires rotated. He kept us updated as the mechanic found some things when checking out the car(air filters where very dirty.) We are very thankful & pleased for good work, thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄⛄

Mr. Cartelli in service was just plain AWESOME.... After making several calls and getting transfered then hung up on, I decided to go old School and STOP BY and TALK to a real someone face to face. Did get the other gentlemen name but he asked Mr. Cartelli if he could assist me. Yuup!!! All I had was a recall letter, he set up an appointment, explained and showed where to drop off truck after hours. In a.m. I'll personally take care of it. My 2015 Toyota corolla had a recall on an airbag issue. Gettel Toyota scheduled a repair date. I arrived at the service entrance and was greeted by Michael. He requested necessary information, he said he would contact me when the car was finished. He immediately sent me a text informing me that I could contact him at any time during the service.
