I had an appointment on Thursday at 9:30. I arrived on time and was greeted by Mike. He wrote down my needs and I proceeded into the waiting room. I watched the other customer come and go and I still was sitting there. At 12 noon I text Mike to check on things. He did not answer me. One more hour went by. I again texted him and again no answer.
