Their hospitality was great. Max treated me feel comfortable, he told me how my repairs would take and it was done before he said it would be. Getter Toyota is a great place.
Engine light came on. I urgently needed the car over next 2 days. Left a message and was called back immediately and squeezed into a full service schedule. Fixed within an hour and test driven. No charge and car worked fine . I have always had excellent service on multiple cars over many years. Bought two cars and both with good process and fair price!

When presetting an appointment for a simple oil change ( nothing else ) should not take an hour and a half
Everything was good except the wait. I was there 1 1/2 hours for a 20 minute job. I had an appointment at 2 and left at 3:30.
Rhiannon and Dennis were awesome, they knew my car was recently totaled and that I had no money to put down and did everything to get me into a new car without spending all day at the dealership. They both went above and beyond for me and I will definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you for all you did for me. Amanda E.
