We did a new tile roof and some areas (flat) with modified more costly products to invest in the longevity of the roof. We experienced - after one year - leaking in the garage and the company told us we are out of warranty, due a light fixture we changed outside. In one area they pulled up some roofing material and it was explained that a layer from "before" is the culprit, this leads me to believe they build up on existing material rather than removing the old. I find this unacceptable.
Highly recommend. Had full roof replacement done. Palm team was very professional, efficient, polite and pleasant. Very good from first contact , through a tedious permit procedure to final cleanup. First class team.
Palm Roofing responded quickly to my request, made the roof repair efficiently in half a day, employees were friendly and respectful, and the work cost was reasonable. This was the third time I have used Palm Roofing in five years, and they have done a very good job all times
