Everything was great less a few staff members that should not be working with people that are already feeling down. There are always a few that seem to make bad things worse. However, there are others that are there to pick you back up. Thank goodness for those and the fact that there are more good employees than bad (Cassie!) that make up for the sour bunch. When I was at my lowest they elevated me. The fostered interaction with other people in the facility and were kind and attentive, despite the stressful nature of such an environment. I got help from some of the best doctors I've come across. After leaving, I feel equipped to take on the stressor and triggers of my life. Would go again, but hopefully I wont have to LOL.

This place is pretty corrupt. Falsified information, wrong diagnoses.... and now my love is turning upside down because of a wrong claim made by the doctor. The technicians are inattentive, and I never felt safe. I highly do not recommend.

PPBH healed me during the most difficult time of my life. The IOT team (Ms. Ziggy, Ms. Marilyn & Ms. Washington) are top notch. I learned how to stabilize myself emotionally, identify my triggers, control my emotions and most of all how to begin loving and trusting myself. Highly recommend.
