This place is a joke,the dont tell you was going with your child when you ask to speak with someone they never get in contact with you they don't tell you anything then the guy at the front desk is a joke tells me I'm 2 hours early to pick up my child when the nurse tells my child to be here at 9 tells me I'm rude because I done lost my patience with this place it's been a week an the last time I talked to an adult about my child was 5 days ago who judged me because I didn't want her in a certain medicine this place is full ... read more

I was extremely surprised after a week "residing" at Palm Point. This was one of the most beneficial weeks of my lifetime. My days were spent learning something from every single staff member. Top notch Psychiatrists, Therapists, Nurses and MHT's. Physical environment was kept Spotless and well maintained. The meals and snacks were above average. Wasn’t impressed with iop. I was looking for dbt/cbt therapy and that’s what I thought this was when I first came in I had extreme anxiety and it was just a group therapy setting. I’ve already called and wrote a email that I wasn’t going to be attending anymore because it didn’t fit the criteria I needed. But doesn’t seem like the message got around to the iop department because they haven’t stopped calling me.

I felt very safe. Every professional employee there was supportive,helpful and kind towards me. They were all wonderful during a difficult time in my life. I came back stronger & better with all assistant thanks to there help
