I had a very discouraging experience at Palm Point Behavioral in patient. I checked in with high hopes after seeing positive reviews, but what I went through was the opposite. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and called ahead to confirm I could bring my prenatal vitamins, prescription medication, and deodorant. I was never told that my medication could not already be open, so I ended up going three days without prenatals and never received my deodorant. I highly recommend they evaluate the competency, people skills, and compassion of the assessment coordinators they employ.

Food is very good. Staff is helpful. Medication is consistent. I left wearing the center without my normal shoes because they were taken from the locker Front Office would not provide funds to replace the apparent mistake

I was here a few times and I have to tell you I would not be the best version of me if it wasn't for this company. One of my neighbors needed to have one of their children.put in a facility and the first thing that came to my mind was this company they have a great staff great food they treat you like they are human and give you the skills to make it in this 🌎 thank you so much that I now have to recommend anybody who has any kind of mental health problems.Come to this facility.I'm not a spokesperson or anything.these peopl... read more
