Doc Zaw Minn has been my doc for several years.He listens and takes his time with you and makes sure you get your point across about any symptoms your having.In all the years with him he has never ever rushed.Its all about me when seeing him.Hes a 10 ..
I was a patient in the Zephyrhills location, my PCP was nurse practitioner Nickeya Murphy. Ms. Murphy ordered a colonoscopy/endoscopy, and mammogram which was performed around the end of 2024. My follow up appointment was in March 2025, I had bloodwork done the previous week. At my follow up appointment, Ms. Murphy didn’t go over any of my results except to say that my bloodwork was good. When I asked her about my colonoscopy she said that she hadn’t received the results.and ushered me out of her office. I called the office ... read more
I just wish I still had Dr. M at the Temple Terrace location, whenever there’s a concern Dr. M will call you back the SAME day if you have left a message with the office staff, he will never say wait until your next scheduled appointment 😲😲
Normally I have had good experiences; however, today is very disheartening, my 91 y/o mom had a video-call appointment at 11:00am, we were told to log in at 10:45am, it is now 1:00pm and we are still waiting. To be fair, at 11:35am I was told doctor is running late, but 2 hours late & still waiting! My poor mom couldn’t wait any longer, she went to sleep ☹️. My recommendation is that better communication is required in situations like this. People have things to do, and to expect a patient, and one over 90 y/o to wait so lon... read more
