I only been a patient for a year now and unfortunately will be seeking new place due to a few issues such as no Doctor getting on your tele-visit appointment, staff talking about you While trying to leave urine sample and my Doctor is no longer at palm medical no letter to inform me I had to find out by calling to make an appointment for test results so they put me with another Doctor hopefully they don't cancel as they have other times
If professional medical care is what you need I strongly urge anyone reading this to not us Haven, Palm Medical Center. The staff and Dr. Cotto do not have any concern for the patients and will lie any time it suits them. I reached out to this office twice the week of Oct. 20th for extreme back pain. Dr Cotto is well aware of the neve pain I have due to a collapsed vertebrae along with many other issues in my low back. Front desk service is the worst I recommended a person to go to the Davenport office to Dr Aquino she waited for her appointment over 2 months. The time came never received a confirmation call, so she went to her appointment, the front desk had a treatment of disrespect toward her no compassion hitting her nails on counter like hurry up and leave rolling eyes. Doc Zaw Minn has been my doc for several years.He listens and takes his time with you and makes sure you get your point across about any symptoms your having.In all the years with him he has never ever rushed.Its all about me when seeing him.Hes a 10 ..
