I used their Internet sales option. Very responsive to every email. It took only 1 phone to nail down the details of the sale. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle everything was ready and they could not have been more accommodating or more pleasant. Top notch team and top notch dealership. Love the car.

As most I hate shopping for a vehicle. My experience today was so different then past experiences at car dealerships. I would highly recommend asking for Ami Gili, I loved his no pressure and listened to what my wants and needs were in a vehicle. My wife and I had a Horrible experience with Gettel’s Finance Manager and New car Manager. They tried to Obligate us into buying 3,800.00 Dollars of extended warranties and also told us that it was required by the lending Bank. Then we would get a much lower interest rate by if we purchased the full warranty package. They made us wait there for over 6 hours and finally when I denied the warranties purchase they told us that we were Denied Horrible experience Don’t purchase at Gettel

We purchased our new Hyundai at Gettel of Charlotte County!! Salesperson- Craig Smith was patient with us as we took a long time before we could purchase. He had very good product knowledge and was professional on each visit. In addition, we had called during his day off and had excellent help from their Internet Salesperson- Sofie. The price was competitive and we really felt that they were trying to help us find the right vehicle, not just trying to sell us something. Thanks Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County!
