bought a new santa fe in Aug from Gabe. Dad was with me and ended up purchasing a Palisade that same day. I was supposed to receive a 100$ referral check have not seen it yet! today I am in for my 3rd service (I bought the plan) and my appt was 11 a.m it is now 3 pm and my car isn't ready yet. I went in to ask about when it would be ready and the response I got was "we told you 4 hours" maybe my math is off but 11-3 is 4 hours no? I am FURIOUS at this point . past three visits were great however this one is AWFUL
I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon! I couldn’t have had a better experience! My sales lady was Brittany, she was very sweet, informative, and funny! She didn’t push the sale and made sure I was happy from start to finish! I told her to make it happen as I had been dying for a Rubicon for a while, and she did just that! Even in the backend our finance manager Zack was awesome! I am extremely happy and will refer Brittany, and the entire Gettel Hyundai team to anyone I know looking for a car! Thanks team!
