Everything about this place is awesome
My first experience with chiropractic treatment. It has made a difference! I was sure I'd just live with neck and back pain & headaches... and learn to deal with it. I feel less pain in only a few visits; today was my 4th adjustment. Dr. Jenn is quite knowledgeable and explains each step of the process as she goes. Her staff is friendly and accommodating, too! Thankful I found them.
During the last 35 years, I have been treated by several very good chiropractors in NC and Florida. About 3 years ago I tried researching chiropractors in Palm Coast. I went to two but was very disappointed with the plan I was given and very unhappy with the care. I almost quit looking but decided to get an appointment with Dr. Thornton. Loved this place. I was in great need on finding a chiropractor to take me in right away since I was in a lot of pain. Someone had just cancelled and they took me in right away and so glad they did. Even from the start speaking to them on the phone I could feel "the love". The staff is very friendly and Dr. Jenn was awesome. Dr. Jenn is very friendly, thorough and an excellent doctor with great empathy for her patients. I actually felt a lot better walking out than when I walked in. Can't wait for my next appointment!
Dr. Jenn is amazing. She is easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. She takes the time to explain what is happening and how to fix it. Her staff is also caring.
