I bought a Jeep Wrangler Sport Model. The sales staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and trained to serve. I am extremely satisfied and have a history of buying three vehicles to date. I will return for a fourth deal.
Gettel car dealerships are criminal! I walked out of there twice until they gave me a number that I agreed with (which was still more than what they advertised on the internet). I received my loan documents today and my loan is $5000 more than what I signed on paper. Somehow they have some sneaky way of you signing digitally on their $18,000 computers that is NOT what you were agreeing to! CRIMINAL!!! I will not go away! The Dodge service department is great. I want to say thank you to Melanie and the service manager for taking care of me and my car. Even though my warranty was up they still fix the problem with my window because they are excellent!! I will be going to Gettel Dodge and buying my next vehicle. Sunset Dodge however sucks and I would never recommend them to anyone!! Again thank you so much look forward to seeing you all again!!

I bought a 2015 town and country. The next day, it started sputtering so i took it in and they gave me a loaner so i wouldnt have to wait my pregnant butt around for them to check it out! After a few days the fuel pump or something of that nature had been replaced. Then they went above and beyond by replacing my windshield wipers, the tint on my driver side window that i hadnt even noticed was peeling in the corner, and replaced my 2 front tires with new ones because they wouldnt balance out. Worst experience ever! Do not trust these people. Wish i could post videos and photos with this. Be very coutious and have your work inspected else where if you dont know much about cars. Very unproffesional treatment and poor quality work. They make Macco look good!

Husband walked in, money in hand to buy a Jeep, left after an hour having seen NO vehicle-used or new. They spent the hour trying to find keys...wasted time...no acceptable reason for this type of service. Advertised vehicle specs not even accurate...bait and switch, or should I say bait and WAIT!
