Lynne in the service department is excellent
I went in for service on 6/19. It was delayed due to a minor documentation error (service consultant was brand new). After quietly waiting for about two hours Scott, the service manager, approached me to apologize for the delay and waived all charges. This offer was unsolicited, and served to strengthen an existing customers loyalty. A remarkable gesture of professionalism and integrity.
