I had the most positive experience purchasing my new Encore this week. I was blessed to get Brian Woodward as my sales associate. He took me through the process of trading in my old suv and getting me the most perfect Encore which I absolutely love. He is knowledgeable, courteous and listens. He took so much time explaining every facet of my new car which I appreciated so much. I’m so excited to start the New Year and new decade with my beautiful new Encore. The whole experience was amazing. No game playing not the usual pushy type of car buying experience AT ALL. They were honest and worked hard to make sure I was in the right vehicle and the right price range. DEBBIE ARLEX AND BRANDON were awesome and Finance Dept was easy friendly and explained everything in a totally painless process. I wont buy from anywhere else.

Gabriel Lindquist did a real good job filling my needs for a used vehicle and helping resolve an ignition glitch at no cost to me.
Had an appt. for oil change and tire rotation. But the reason I made the appt was a low battery, although my ticker on car said, 12-25-19 for next oil change. Scott said, I needed 2000 more miles before due. Appreciate the honesty. They were very quick to replace battery and walked me to my car, letting me know they only last about 28 months in Florida. Nice experience.
