Getting harder and harder to keep coming back. Last oil change and tire rotation and alignment took 5+ hours. No real updates until I inquired. Time before for oil and tire rotation was 2 1/2 hours and again no update until I inquired. Frustrating. They should comp something or compensate for your time.
Purchased a 2011 Ford F-350 A week after owning it I had to spend $1500 to fix the transmission and two weeks after that another $1500 to fix the A/C that went out. I believe the dealership new of these problems when they put it on the lot for sale. So know I will not recommend Gettel to anyone or do business in the future.
Everyone at Gettel Chevy was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Jeff our salesman who was great. He showed us everything we wanted to see and had a lot of patience.
