I appreciate the comfortable shopping experience at Gettel And working with Brandon Saucier as our sales man. He’s a good listener and found a vehicle that fit our needs, but also we love the vehicle and that’s important also. As a GM customer all of my life, I have worked with many service reps in my life. I had quite a few issues with my 2018 GMC Acadia, but service rep. Thierry Butler was wonderful and worked out every issue. Thanks so much Thierry, you are the BEST!
Very friendly and knowledgeable
They weren't pushy. My only complaint was although we made an appointment for picking up our car, we had to wait over 45 minutes beyond our appointment time.

The service department was great had the new vehicle about 12 hours and had a faulty windshield getting it to be replaced was a snap.
