Gabriel did a good job and when an extra mile to make it a memorable experience. John also help make the deal come together.
Everything was great. My salesman Eddie Vega was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle. He helped me understand how it all works and gave me some great tips. He was not pushy and very pleasant. The only issue I have with Gettel in the closing part. I was sold a lot of warranties and never understood the costs in solved. No one told me of the costs, just the benefits. When I got home as saw what I paid I was bit put off. I know I should had looked more closely for asked more questions, but......
Service is great and everyone is very nice
They did an oil change, tire rotation, and reprogrammed the computer. I had a door ding I wanted an estimate on. The service tech took my car to the body shop and got me all the info I needed. It was a much better experience than when it was Palm Auto. Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.
Huuuuuuge shout out to John Melton that made my car buying experience a piece of cake today. He wasn’t pushy he was calm and so pleasant answering any questions I had even if it seemed irrelevant. I will absolutely refer everyone to this dealership. You guys were amazing and I’m so in love with my new car
Everyone from the sales person to the really nice person in financing were so professional and friendly. I would recommend Gettel Chevrolet to anyone I know shopping for a vehicle. No hassle, the sales person listened to what I wanted and went a found what I was looking for as far as a truck and my price range. Drove of that day with it. Smiling !
