Since I moved in one and one half months ago, I have had all good experiences. The wonderful office staff accept packages, which I love the security. I have needed maintenance for several things. The maintenance staff are wonderful too.
Cannot wait till move. So much loud music and when you complain nothing is being done! If I can give it zero stars I would.
The community is beautiful, staff are very sincere and friendly, and the apartments are beautiful. The staff stood out at every entrance/exit in the freezing cold for two hours this morning, passing out a FULL bagged breakfast so that we didn't have to get out of our cars for it. They supply breakfast in the office quite frequently for us but it really amazed me that they put so much effort and personal time into doing that all morning. It meant a lot. There's no place to park your car(s). If you park any place other than your one assigned spot your car will be towed without notice. The trash dumpsters are overflowing and spilling into the street 4 days out of the week. The plumbing is falling apart, and your water will be shut off at least once a week. They spend a lot of resources on landscaping, and if your car is in the way of a landscaping truck they will tow it whether you are in your assigned spot or not.
