This company expertly cleaned and refinished my oiled wood floors. It was very difficult to find someone to do this specialized service. Palm Beach Floor Serviceâ s owner, Cristian and his staff were courteous and great to work with.
I received an estimate on Saturday and the job was complete by the following Saturday. I am very happy with my floor.
Excellent professional services. The company responded immediately to my interest in flooring renovation. They quoted me an estimate that was fair though expensive. They did the wood floor refinishing promptly and superbly. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Between Cristian and Eddie I felt taken care of, informed and comfortable. They helped me with stain color and took the time to explain everything in detail. Usually customer service is my number one must have, but when you are getting as much flooring done as I was, customer service took a back seat. The workers were prompt, courteous, precise and they cleaned up after the job. I d highly recommend them for anyone needing a new wood floor or wood floor repairs!
Cannot tell you how satisfied we are with the work they did refinishing our damaged floors! Punctual, Professional and committed to doing an AWESOME JOB! 5 STARS +++! Interviews several other but none impressed us as much as Palm Beach! Many wanted to replace the entire floor with other products is not what we wanted! Cristian suggested just replacing the water damaged flooring which is what we were looking to do!
