Cris was very responsive and professional from the beginning of our work together. He took time to explain the process in detail and give us options for refinishing our Jatoba Brazilian cherry floor in a large house. . We ended up sanding and refinishing the beautiful wood as it is. The team was professional and on time. Courteous and friendly and we trusted leaving them in our home. Our floors look beautiful. The owner, Christian, contacted me quickly and we made an appointment at my apartment the next day. Chris gave me a fair estimate and was able to schedule the proje2 weeks later. I was advised on the best stain and the entire process. The price was somewhere in the mid to upper range from what I researched.
