Never even met with this people, absolute joke. I am definitely contacting HomeAdvisor about this. If you are going to judge my company, do it based on performance, if I hurt your feelings because I did not want to work for free or close to it (Miami prices, like the suggested they wanted to pay) then I guess I am guilty in all counts. The young man that refinished my travertine floor is an independent contract worker running his own business. He gets work from PB Floor Services, but he is not an employee. The contractor that did the work is outstanding. My only contact with PB Floor Services was over the phone and the owner was very prompt, professional and sent someone to complete my project on a Sunday.
