Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting again a stunning unit in Palm Bay for an open house. The building is truly impressive-renovations are progressing right on schedule, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Very nice building but going through a ling term certification process that is limiting the use of amenities.
To say the average HOA before they raised it was $750 even some $300 which HOA dues are close in the $1200 range. over 43 that’s $90 Million dollars & could be even more depending on how they raised the HOA over the years this was just an average. they now have $26-46 Million dollars in repair assessments costs & are asking for the owners to shell out this $ amount.
