Very nice building but going through a ling term certification process that is limiting the use of amenities.

To say the average HOA before they raised it was $750 even some $300 which HOA dues are close in the $1200 range. over 43 that’s $90 Million dollars & could be even more depending on how they raised the HOA over the years this was just an average. they now have $26-46 Million dollars in repair assessments costs & are asking for the owners to shell out this $ amount. Palm Bay Yacht Club Condominiums sits on the water way of Miami and holds spectacular views, namely from ocean side (of course). Like MOST Condominiums, dealing with associations and special assessments is no different here, as Palm Bay Yacht Club is reapairing/remodeling it's underground parking, upgrading to hurricane impact windows, and railing renovations, as well as pool, tennis courts, and so forth.
