I’ve been there twice for a recall and service. For the recall work we were never told until we got there, that it would take four hours. We received a rental car that we had to ask for because of the inconvenience and then that took over an hour to get. When we went back to pick up our vehicle when they said it would be ready, we waited another hour. Great at selling cars, service not so much. Finally got a carwash so I hear. Wouldn't know for sure being they failed to wash my car. Also just not very friendly at all on that side, waited 25 minutes for someone to even approach my car, then was shamed for not having an appointment. Bought the car there and this was the 5th time we've been in never been appointment shamed before
First time buyer. Excellent customer service. DeWayne Moody was my salesmen. He is much more than that. I was greeted and also helped by the sales manager Jason. Finally, I got to the paperwork where Aaron was top notch helpful and personal. Thank you all. A++++
My husband and I went “just looking” around while our Prius was in the service department. Little did we know there was a perfect, one-owner 2018 RAV4 waiting for us. Jon was our salesman. He worked with us to come up with a deal, which was made and followed up with Matt. Julian was very personable and explained all the options available to us with extended warranties. We said goodbye to our 2010 Prius, which we loved, not looking back. Happy new owners.
I called in advance for maintenance, appt for 1:00 PM. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 2.5 hours, I was told it would take 45 min to hour. I don’t feel that is necessary. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, I give them five stars for their work!
Courteous, knowledgeable salesperson (Sara), not pushy. Good staff all around.
