The community itself. I have only seen friendly respectful people, I have met very nice tenants, the staff is always trying to make this community somewhere you'll want to live or visit. I love to give credit where credit is good, I give them a 10
I am currently Palisades Resident. If possible could please salt and sand the sidewalks/stairs/aprons/ of the driveway they are not properly attended to, it's quite treacherous trying to walk the complex . I would greatly apperictae it if we could come to a compromise with this matter.
I have lived in this complex for almost a year now and I cannot recommend living here more! The staff is friendly and quick! They even know us by name! It’s quietly tucked away and the people who live here are kind. Just signed another lease 😊
Palisades was the first place I chose to live when I moved to the cities back in 2012. I ended up moving back here this year because of how welcoming I remember it being. The staff are amazing, and I was still remembered by my name 6 years later! That alone was a good thing knowing! To see the same faces at the front office meant consistency and home based. The amenities are great and the food trucks, resident monthly birthdays and events are definitely a great way to bring palisades community together :)
I have lived here for 10 months now. Im so impressed with how the staff know me by name, they really care about my quality of life here at the Palisades. Also the maintanance staff is amazing. They dont get enough thanks for all that they do. The pool, hot tub, and work out room are wonderful as well. I use them all the time
