So long.. I have lived here for three years and it has been a very nice time. The apartment was in good shape, never had any bugs or anything, no problems with the neighbours and the rent was for this location amazingly low. But than the management has changed, the building as well as the units were supposed to be renovated, upgraded and we were supposed to be able to buy our unit to a very good price. The bath tub drain in the apartment is rusted with no sieve. The bathroom sink has green growth underneath and leaks. The kitchen sinks are stained, the air conditioning is noisy and rather be off then on in summer... lots and lots of problems in the apartment. That is how the apartment was given to me. I was not given a chance to see it before moving in - was told that it was being cleaned. After seeing the problems the management has failed to address the problems.
