My wife and I come here pretty frequently and we both enjoy the atmosphere. We also enjoy the food and customer service. I've never had a bad experience here like some other people that have written reviews. The service is extremely personable and I see a lot of hard work going on when we're here. I'm always confused as to why it's never busy, though. Palio's deserves more!

The food was excellent however on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm, it took forever to get a small cheese pizza to us. The whole group had finished eating and we waited at least 20 minutes more for the last item. The tables around us were dirty and not bused. They need more staff
