I love Palios. For a gluten free girl like me its a dream to be able to order pizza with a gf crust. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicous. Thank you Palios's!!

The guy who took our order was very nice! The chicken buffalo pizza was really good. I also ordered the Gyro with no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes on it to my table rme. It was also not very tidy there were quite a few dirty tables and me and my son were the only ones in there. There was also white pieces of paper inside the crushed red pepper dispenser .The little pizza stand was also dirty with a sticky substance on the side when I went to touch it! I prob won't be back just bcz of lack of cleanliness .

Ok. Well I don't know where to begin. Lets just say that this is the first and ONLY time, that I will ever order from this place. This idea of "GOURMET", leaves A LOT, to be desired. We live less than 2 miles away, and it was piss warm. Crust tastes like carboard, and that was the tastiest part of the pizza. With service and product like this, you won't be there long. MARCCOS is so much BETTER. Will be calling them next time. And I only rated the 1 star, because I couldn't write a review unless I rated them. They deserve a 0... read more

Having been diagnosed with Celiac Disease in September 2016, I haven't had much of an issue with switching to a completely Gluten Free diet....except for pizza! It has been difficult to find pizza/pasta that is GF or even a pizza restaurant that has a good GF pizza crust that isn't overly sweet from using corn flour. I am so happy! Ordered from Palio's after thinking I could no longer eat there, and found out that instead of having to eat a cheeseless pizza, they have daiya cheese! I know it seems like something so small that it couldn't have much impact, but it really makes all the difference. Finally I have somewhere that I can go to to eat with my boyfriend in Burleson which has both meat options and options for vegans (and lactose intolerant people).
