Ordered baked ziti, came to the table cold. The guy that worked there argued with me and said it was not! Worst customer service, I never have a good experiences when coming here it will be my last visit at this location.

I love their pizza and pastas and everything! I've only had dominos and pizza hut pizzas so tasting their pizza was a mind blowing experience! The crust was perfection. Also their cheesy bread was the cheesy bread I've ever had I'm in my life!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We live about 1.5 miles from Palio's and tonight has been the last straw for our family. I have given this restaurant every opportunity to become.l, chances upon chances. So the last four times that we have ordered here it takes us 2 hours to get our pizza delivered to us. This is unacceptable for anyone. Mind you I order my pizza at about 4:30 so before the normal dinner rush. The fact that it takes them two hours to deliver a pizza that takes 15-20 to make is ridiculous. The reas... read more

It was pretty good. The one on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth is better: more GF options. I'm very pleased with the Burleson location. They address the dirty restroom immediately and gave myself and my mother-in-law free pizza for Mother's Day.

The food was GREAT!! The guy that took our order was so amazing and courteous! He suggested the lasagna and it was hands down the best 🙌 The pizza was so good too
