This use to be one of our favorite spots. The last 3 visits have been terrible experiences with terrible service. So sad but I think this visit will be our last. Our pizzas came out with raw dough. When I took them up to the counter I was I asked if I was sure I wanted the whole wheat crust that’s just how it was. 😐 I’ve had it before it was always good. My lady and I and our friends have found that Palio’ Pizza in burleson has been over the top good. We dine in so that we can share our pleasure with the staff. The staff is what makes our meal great. Big smiles, always ready to help in every way. Once there was a miscommunication between the cook and the order girl, which produced the wrong toppings on our pizza. This was quickly fixed by replacing the pizza from scratch, problem solved. Good service is hard to come by, but this pizza joint has it all together.

Kalob Martinez, the general manager is absolutely amazing! From making sure we received our food at a reasonable time, nice hot, and very tasty. He suggested the Pollys pizza and it was delightful as well as the spaghetti! Nice and light with garlic bread. Tiramisu is to die for and birthday cake ice cream from blue bell!!!! It’s really hard to find that! I give them a 5 out of 5! Good job, guys!

Every time I go to this locatiin, the service gets worse. Not sure what is up with this location, I have always had a very positive experience at the Mansfield location and was excited when I found out Burleson was getting one I couldn't wait, but after tonight I won't be going back. We waited for 30 minutes and still didn't have any food, everyone that had come in behind us already had their order. When I went to the counter to check on our order, all I got was a shrug! Service sucks here.

This is where I go for gluten free pizza. It's the most delicious and reasonably priced GF pizza I have found. The atmosphere is very relaxing and a great place to wind down after a long day. Plus, they love our community and support our schools.
