Ric in service is the best in the business. have dealt with with other dealerships in the area and Ric goes above and beyond to make everything right. we drive to Palestine even though Corsicana is closer because we feel the ownership is fair and honest. thanks for a great experience.

My husband and I purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Palestine Toyota 5 days ago. I went to buy and make a deal on a truck. They acting like they didn’t want to make a deal. They bought me inside and I sat their for an hour. I told the guy what I need to deal to me. The went back to talk to the finance manager and the sale person came back and told me himself that the finance manager didn’t want to sell a truck. When the sale person himself told me. Highly recommend going to Palestine Toyota!! Not only are they friendly, they will work with you to get you into a vehicle, no matter what! We went with no intention of coming out in a newer vehicle, just with what did we need to get into a newer vehicle. Maribel was fantastic! Kudos to her for taking the time out of her day to show my husband & I what customer service & listening really is!
Palestine Toyota is amazing to work with! My latest interaction occurred today when my check engine light came on and I brought it into the service center. I was very frazzled and making time for this wasn't in my schedule. They were extremely courteous, honest about possible time involved, and then came back to me 5 minutes later that they had diagnosed a simple problem and already fixed it! Thank you to all the kind employees that helped relieve my stress!
