RecommendedWe have Ford F350 that needed a new diesel engine and Palestine Toyota was able to brand new one in it. They have a master Ford Tech, and got the engine in and our truck running quickly. This is our farm truck so we need this truck!! I recommend Palestine Toyota for all your service and car buying needs!! When they say "we make it easy" they mean it!!!

The service department was a blessing to work with and made everything easy, from picking up the car to working out warranty issues. Each person I spoke with went above and beyond in making this one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting a car serviced. From the first greeting on the phone (Holly, Sarah, Ashley) to Ethan in service, I greatly appreciate knowing I don’t need to go to Tyler anymore to have my vehicle serviced, and that they do warranty work for other manufacturers- I have a Hyundai. Thank you again.
Best truck buying experience ever!! Holly was exceptional as my first point of contact. I arrived and was met outside by Tim, we walked inside and Holly knew who I was and greeted me by name. Tim was so patient and did not rush me in choosing exactly which vehicle I wanted. He went back inside for more keys and another salesperson came out to make sure I was being taken care of. Most importantly, no one was pushy or impatient.... could not have asked for a better buying experience!! Thank you all for everything 🥰🥰
