We just bought a new truck (2013) f150 Texas edition supercrew and let me tell you we've always had a good experience here this being our third vehicle from here... but today was the best experience I have had here, or anywhere at any business in Palestine period. When you go here ask for Nick if you have to wait for his help DO IT I promise you it is worth it. Thank you Nick for being first a great person first and an exceptional salesman second.. My husband and I are overwhelming pleased with our new Tundra. We called Hollis and let him know what we were looking for and when we arrived to the lot he was waiting on us with a beautiful Tundra a lot of great information. We could not be more pleased with the service or our new 2018 Tundra. I will be recommending Hollis and McLarty to everyone I know. 5� and a big � from us.
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey today. Our salesman Carlton did a great job helping us. I don't like sales people that are too pushy. Carlton was laid back and made the experience easy and friendly. Him and Randy both worked with me when I felt like my payments would be too high at first. They got them lowered to were I felt more comfortable month to month. McLarty Toyota is a great place to do business.
Everybody was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Bruce. Got the vehicle I wanted with no problems.
My first and last time ever doing business with this dealership. One person will quote you one price and the next will Jack up the price even higher. Miranda gave me a price on oil change for my 2012 Mazda and of course the man in service dept. oh no she is just the receptionist she shouldn't be giving quotes. She said its usually $50 but I have a$10 coupon so it should be $40 + tax. NOT SO. SO I GOT IN MY VEHICLE AND DON'T THINK I WILL BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS THERE CONNECTED TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS!!!
I had a great experience with this dealership. I would definitely encourage friends and family to give them a chance.
