The person in charge of this property Mrs. Jane Field (the name she gave over the phone) is EXTREMELY rude. Very bad experience calling this complex trying to get rental verification .
**COCKROACH INFESTED!!!** I’ve lived in these apartments for a full year are recently renewed my lease. Why did I renew? Because the rent was low, it’s a smaller complex and it’s quiet. What happened right after I signed the lease to renew? My unit became infested. Maybe a neighbor moved in who had a roach problem? I don’t know. All I know is that now, suddenly, in a period of a couple of months my apartment is infested with roaches. I’ve spoken to neighbors and they have the exact same problem! Quite overpriced and somewhat hypocritical in their living standards regarding what is expected from tenants versus the responsibilities of the leaser. I live here because its convenient - not because I necc enjoy the experience.
had a good experience till now. Staffs are friendly and have gotten my work done on time. There could have been more amenities provided. More parties and get together arranged for the residents so that we feel home! Trash could have been collected from each apartment instead of we having to go to dump it.
In my stay of one year in Dallas, this is the best place I have lived in. The community responds well to all the maintenance requests and the community is well maintained and the pools are great and the gym is good and it has very good security
Great apartment complex. I've only had good experiences with the community and management.
