Palazzolo, you get what you pay for!! My stylist Lisa is worth every penny. She always treats me amazing and is never late. The front desk has always been very helpful when booking my appointments and whenever I have a problem the manager always takes good care of me.

Great Place! This place is great. Kristin has cut my hair for 5 or 6 years now and although I don't always get my hair cut here she always does the best job. The best part about the place is that it is not as pretentious as 6 Salon. Kristin is great to talk to and also cuts my wife's hair and probably soon my sons.

very rude manager The positives of this salon are overshadowed by the very rude female daytime manager (Susan?). She seems to think that the high prices give her a right to act rudely to people, despite the fact she surely makes much less money than most of her customers. She needs to take a beginner course in customer service, and perhaps find a job where she doesn't work with the public. Other than her everyone else is top-notch.

Oh so worth it!! I have been a very satisfied client of Jodie Young for several years now and still am, even though I now live in Grand Rapids. She always gives me the BEST haircut, the most natural color, and she cheerfully chats my ears off every time I see her. She is delightful! The salon is always buzzing with good looking people and friendly staff. It IS pricey, but I paid less at a highly recommended salon when I first moved here, and got a haircut that gave me nightmares! Never again! Palazzolo's is very accomodating... read more

Expensive but a good look I love they way my hair looks and how long the cut and color hold. However, I just don't have the time or money anymore. It's a minimum of 3 hours just to get a cut and highlight. Plus it's an arm an a leg. However, if these factors weren't so important I'd be there all of the time!

Great Salon I have only very positive experiences at this salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. On the few times I had to wait for more than 10 minutes, I was offered coffee, cookies, wine. I love the dynamic atmosphere. I have had servies from Fran and Paul, and both are fabulous. However, looking at clients with other stylists, i would say that they are all well picked.

palazzolo hair and new spa foot pedicure Palazzolo's is the best. I have been going to downtown royal oak to palazzolo.s since the early 90's. Julie my hairdresser is fantastic. whatever I want she does!!! I like eveyone there and they always treat me like im queen for the day. You Get What You Pay For Yes, this is an expensive salon located in trendy downtown Royal Oak. But I have been going there for several years and have NEVER had a bad cut. If you are like me and can think of nothing more depressing than facing the world after a horrible cut, then this is the place for you. My stylist is Lori and she consistently does a great job with my hair. She has given me highlights several times and they always look great. Worth the cost.
