Resort-style living and accommodations. I moved in this year and love the grounds, service and location. Highly recommended.
I am a penthouse resident, they have an amazing staff, any issues I have, they resolve immediately
The customer service has been great and efficient! Also the maintenance has been very impressive. They come fast when there's a problem and go above and beyond to fix it. They even brought me ear plugs when there was fire drill testing! This is night and day compared to other apartments I've lived in, in LA. The Palazzo is a wonderful apartment complex to live in!

How about you guys stop waking our baby up with the pointless fire alarm testing nonstop today in building 4.....hate staying here, and yes I'm on the lease Adrian Chaudhury
