RecommendedMy husband and I were drawn to this apartment complex because of the great location in LA, the beautiful grounds and nice amenities. We have enjoyed our experience so far and didn't have any issues moving in. We are especially enjoying our patio and the in-unit washer and dryer machines.
My partner and I moved to Los Angeles from Australia for our jobs - and the best thing we ever did upon arrival was choosing to live here. It truly is our home away from home. We both travel around the US a lot for work, and walking into our apartment at Palazzo East is always so comforting. It is cosy, has plenty of natural light, clean and has a special sense of community. Best decision we made.
We moved in to Palazzo East this past weekend and it was a great experience! Martin and Kristina were wonderful to work with throughout the leasing process. They were very helpful and patient with my incessant questions. We had a minor issue with apartment, and Carlos came right out and resolved our problem. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. We fell in love with the complex on our tour. Everything is so clean and well kept. So many awesome amenities! We are happy to be here!

I've had such a great experience at The Palazzo East so far! The amenities are incredible and everything is so well kept. Additionally, the staff is amazing. The concierges are extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
There are drawbacks to living in such a large community but I have to say the maintenance staff are great! Their response time for even small weekday issues is either immediate or less than 24 hrs; My air went out Sunday evening & was fully functioning by Monday when I returned home from work😀. Also I’ve witnessed there are a lot of pets whose owners are not as conscientious as they should be - the crew does an amazing job of taking care of the premises in light of this fact!
