If you like to do business with a store when you complain about a product they installed, they tell you are lying. I’ve never in my whole life given anyone a bad review. I’ve also never been called a liar about a product I paid to have put in they was worse than the one it replaced. $80 down the drain and insulting customer service.

Andrew Ochs was AMAZING at the customer service this morning. I ended up having an issue with my laptop last night, kinda flipped for a hot second, and was told this place was the place to go. Andrew instantly took me from possibly freaking out to feeling completely at ease with the situation. He went above and beyond and I would recommend Palafox Computers to anyone that has any kind of issue with their computer. Very fair pricing as well. ��
