Thank you guys for getting my business up and running again. My computer went down Wednesday a 2pm, which is how I run and operate my small business. The service was very friendly and quick. Communication during the repair process was great. The technicians took the extra time to re-clean the motherboard after some water damage and got it working again, which easily saved me $200.
Sooo... I spilled coffee on my laptop (I know I know, what a costly mistake). I sped over to Palafox computers to try and revive any damage that that had occurred right away. Both the technician and the customer service representative were extremely kind, compassionate and helpful. They calmed me down, and gave me options. They COULD have fixed the water damage with a new logic board but I decided that since my laptop was almost 9 years old, it was time to invest in a new one. This place is exactly what you'd expect from a computer store and so much more! I accidentally broke my husband's laptop (I tripped over the power cord!). They were able to replace the charging port and had it ready the next day! Pricing was a bit higher than expected but worth it because the laptop now works perfectly again. I love supporting small businesses and this is a great one to support. I'll definitely be back for all my repair needs, hopefully I won't need them too often!

What can I say but, thanks Guys and Gals. Bought a used 2008 I Mac 5 years ago. Never had a lick of trouble with it. Stupid me just knocked it over smashed the glass screen protector & killed the hard drive. Brought it in and whiz bang it's back at home for next to nothing with a new solid state hard drive. Best yet, was easier than a breeze to get back where I left off from the previous setup even though I had to start with a new install of the operating system.
The best service and the best prices in the most friendly staff you will ever deal with they fixed my phone and put a screen protector on it My selfie camera wasn’t working at all for some reason nobody else could repair it for some reason but Palafox computers got it done I am so happy with my phone now I couldn’t be more satisfied thank you guys
