The staff was very helpful and prompt in getting a replacement screen ordered for my laptop. The repair job on the screen was very nicely done as well. My complaint is, upon picking up my computer, the surface of the laptop was damaged. It was not in that condition before I dropped it off. However, I had no proof of this, so the repairman denied it had happened in his shop. I was told I must have damaged it prior to bringing it to them, when I knew this was not the case.
