Purchased a laptop and needed to get more Ram installed. Had the shop do a solid state system, install ram, and reinstall all systems along with a little other items. I bought a laptop from them about a year and a half ago. Suddenly after Hurricane Sally I got the dreaded death screen and off to Palafox Computers I went. They are experienced and always friendly and helpful. As it ended up my laptop needed a new hard drive but they were honest and helpful in deciding what size I should replace it with. Service is always as quick as possible and they always follow up to make sure your satisfied. I highly recommend !
