Everyone that works here are friendly. It's a non-smoking place I love it!!! The place is clean and smells good 24 hrs 7 days a week

It was our first trip to Biloxi. We liked the idea of a smoke free hotel and casino. After cancelling our reservations with another "smoking" hotel and casino, I decided to make reservations here. I am so glad we did! We felt like royalty and also felt like home. We spent our full day in Biloxi touring other casinos and only stayed a few minutes at each of them due to all the smoking. Our next trip we will be staying again at the Palace and it will be the only casino we will go to! Best trip ever! Thank you
We loved it. Best spicy bloody mary I've had in a long time. Buffet is fantastic. All non smoking and very friendly
Great place to stay and play--especially love the totally smoke-free environment--PLEASE become pet-friendly like Hard Rock!! Have to stay at H.R. when we have our small, well-behaved dog on our trips due to the Palace not being pet friendly
I think this is the best casino on the Gulf Coast when it comes to winning as well as the buffet.. The food is really good and a wide variety. I love the fried green tomatoes.. The baked sweet potatoes... And they have great pizzas and very good desserts. I goes to the Palace at least 3 times a week...it is non smoking and the air is always fresh and you just enjoy being there..I've won money there.. Not no big money but I've won..Hats off to the Palace....
My husband and I loved our 1 night getaway! Room was amazing and loved smoke free atmosphere. Buffet wasn't too shabby either!
I love the no smoking casino. They have the best buffet in Biloxi.
Balloons in my room when we checked in for my birthday! They always make their guests feel special!
