Absolutely will never come back. Will also tell friends and family to avoid. Came to try and have dinner but all the restaurants are in the back of the casino and not accessible to anyone under 21. No where on the websites does it say anything about this. What a waste of a trip out here. Will be eating at the Hard Rock Cafe tonight.
I LOVE THIS CASINO BECAUSE IT IS SMOKE-FREE AND ALSO HAS THE BEST BUFFET ON THE COAST. NICE CLEAN FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. MY NEW FAVORITE CASINO.

I have been to many casinos and several of them I had to pretty much beg for a host. I had my host from another casino to leave and have yet to hear from her replacement. It has been many months..... After playing slots a few times at The Palace I was approached by Matt Johnson, a Host at The Palace. He has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. We love this place! We drive down from Atlanta nearly every month. Friendly service, great food, plenty of cocktail waitresses, it's the only non smoking casino, always updating slot machines, we love the rooms and beautiful pool. Only thing we don't like during the summer months is that they allow locals to buy pool passes. It's like a community pool. You'd expect being a casino you'd see very few kids but the pool is packed with kids on big floats. One suggestion I would make is to put a Valet desk where the Concierge desk... read more
Beautiful, and smoke free is why we chose this hotel. We are not gamblers but prices are nice at casino hotels. The rooms are huge and very quiet. Front desk was wonderful! Brandi helped us with a problem we had with the wi-fi. Parking is easy and free, or you can use valet for just a tip.
