The entire casino and hotel are kept extremely clean and this is very important to me. Employees are accommodating and very friendly, making me want to return. I wish the slots were a little looser though; the fun is taken away when it is take, take, take...instead of give and take.
Awesome that you're finally smoke free! This is way past due and smokers are no longer a majority. So much better for people's health.
Best location on Mississippi Coast. Great pool area. I spend a lot of time walking and biking in the area. They even valet stored my bike. On a recent trip two staff members, Travis with security and Brandi at Hotel desk went the extra mile to assist us. Grateful to both. Best feature, location, location, and location. Only place I will stay on coast.
Just returned home from a four night stay at the Palace. We just love this place! We love that it's all non-smoking, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the pool is so awesome! Our only issue was that we had requested a corner room with a water view and we weren't given one at first, but they were very accommodating and we had one for the next three nights. I also think the casino had newer and better games than the other casinos close by and the buffet was delicious! Already looking forward to our next trip to the Palace... read more
Me and my sisters just made it here 4 o'clock today and we really enjoyed ourself we love the rooms. SMOKE FREE
We had a very nice clean room. Everything was great. Enjoyed the smoke free. The food was great.
My daughter and I were there last Tuesday and Wednesday nights! We LOVED it! Casino was hot and cold like all casinos are, but the people, the room, the buffet and the service were ALL top notched! Wish we could visit more often but I live in California and Jessica Bowsman just entered AF Officer Training School! Thank you so much for a great and super comfortable stay!
Have always had a wonderful experience at The Palace. Very accommodating. Only one we can visit since non-smoking. Looking forward to visiting tomorrow for couple of nights. Employees always very helpful and pleasant.
We made a special trip. We drove in our RV for nearly 4 hours to dry camp here and play in this casino per our casino camping book that this casino advertised in and said it is allowed. Once we got here they would not allow us to stay unless we paid for a room. They blamed it on the city of Biloxi. You decide. We decided to go elsewhere. If you are a RV full timer as we are and spend money at casinos...think again before coming to this casino. Very disappointed.
