All of the providers at PainCare are great. Over the years, I have used several of them and never had a complaint about any that treated me. The office staff, nurses, and providers are all friendly. The nurses and providers remember me and ask about my last procedure and how it went before they even have my file. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. PainCare should be a model for all medical practices. All of the providers listen to you, and any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. I have been a PainCare patient for many years. Before finding this practice, I suffered with chonic pain and no doctors were able to help me. My case is complex, but Dr. O'Connell was able to pinpoint the problems and treated me for many years. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
