Doctor did not due a full proper exam during a contact fitting. The prescription was wrong and the lenses were not able to be worn. When calling to discuss the lenses, they stated that this was our fault. When trying to get a refund on the obscene amount paid for lenses that were incorrect, they told us that, again, it was our fault, and nothing was to be refunded. This was all on top of an unclean office and using dirty equipment for their exam, and the terrible bed side manner of not only the DR but the staffing as well. B... read more
