I have been going here for years, these people genuinely care about your well being. After Dr.Beck wanted to do back surgery just to line his pockets, Dr. Shay gave me a different choice.
I love the people there! They are polite, courteous and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face. I know if I call and need scripts, questions that they will help me out with no problems. Thanks for being there!!
Jill the doctor is very knowledgeable and up on the most recent medical advancments. She will actually sit and listen to what your concerns are and will not sugar coat your situation. Jill the aide always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help with paperwork or anything else. I hace always told people that these guys are caring and they know your name as u walk through the door.. and you dont hace a long wait either. Everyone is always smiling. I recommend them to everyone
This is the best place when it come to pain relief. I love the ladies they are so friendly and helpful. I forgot to mention I go to the Evanston clinic.
